We have our very own customized VACUUM FORMING machine with a bed size of 2200×1100 mm in which we can form ABS/PC sheets of 1mm to 6mm thickness. In addition to this, we have 2 no’s of Press-O-Matic Pneumatic Machines having a capacity of 8 tons and 25 tons for punching operations. We have Hot Melt Adhesive Equipment for automatic adhesive dispensing. Also, we have 3 Ton Capacity hydraulic lift for material inward and outward purposes. All machines are supported with power backup.

Our plant is situated in 35000 square feet area in which total built-up area is 22000 square feet. The Balance area is been kept for future development (expansion) projects. Factory premises is having 2 floors, on the ground floor we have Admin blocks, Conference Room, Dispatch Area and Canteen. On the First Floor we have Machine Shop, Production Area and Stores.

We are extremely conscious of the comfort of the passengers travelling in the coach. Our unique design of the fitting of sections eliminates all vibrations and chattering, so passengers can have a peaceful sleep.

Our expertise is in the areas of optimising the weight of a coach part. With our R&D efforts, we have successfully introduced innovative designs and alternate materials like ABS in our parts. Our ABS interior trims are used in EV buses to reduce weight and increase the driving range of electric buses. Our ABS roof hatch is designed to be lightweight and wind resistant.

We believe in allocating time and resources of our R&D efforts to increase the comfort of passengers with reduced mobility. Our forthcoming launch of the Wheel Chair Ramp will aid in smooth ascending and descending from the coaches.
